How to make Chicken Sweetcorn Soup at Home...
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken-2 cups(cooked and shredded)
- Chicken stock-500 ml
- Pepper powder-1 tspoon
- Soya sauce-2 tspoon
- Beaten egg(white)-2 numbers
- Corn flour-2 tspoon
- Sweet corn-1 cup(cooked)
- Sprin onion-1 cup
- Ajinomoto-a pinch
- Salt to taste
THINGS TO SO:
- Mix the corn flour in 3 tspoons of water and keep it aside.
PREPARATION
- Take a pan add water and chicken stock,boil it for 10 minutes.
- Then add chicken pieces and sweet corn cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Now add pepper powder, ajinomoto, soya sauce, salt, spring onion and dissolved corn flour, keep stirring the mixture continuously to avoid lumps.Cook for 15 minutes.
- Finally add the beaten egg and stop the flame.
- Transfer to the bowl,garnish with chicken pieces,coriander leaves and serve it hot immediately.

INGREDIENTS
- Fresh muhsroom-150 gms(cut into small pieces)
- All purpose flour(maida)-2 tspoons
- Bay leaf-2 numbers
- Coriander leaves-2 tspoons(chopped finely)
- Fresh cream-1 cup
- Butter-4 tspoons
- Cinnamon stick-1 inch
- Milk-1/4 cup
- Onion-1 number(sliced)
- Pepper powder-1 tspoon
- Lemon juice-1 tspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar-1 tspoon
- Water
PREPARATION
- Heat a pan add butter,once it melts add 100 gms of mushroom pieces,cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add it into the milk and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan add butter once it melts add bay leaf,cinnamon stick,then onion,add remaining 50 gms of mushroom pieces,mix it well,cook for 2 minutes in a medium flame.
- Add maida,into the mixture,stirr it well,then slowly add water,stirr it continuously to avoid lumps.
- Now add required salt,sugar and pepper powder,cover it and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Once its done add the soaked mushroom and milk,cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Add fresh cream,if the soup is too thick add some water,squeeze the lime juice stirr it.Switch off the flame.
- Transfer to the bowl garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves serve it hot.

How to make easy Tomato Soup...
INGREDIENTS
- Tomato-3 numbers
- Onion-1 number(chopped)
- Cumin seed powder-1/2 tspoon
- Pepper powder-1 tspoon
- Sugar-1/4 tspoon
- Garlic-2 cloves(crushed)
- Ginger-1 inch(crushed)
- Bay leaf-1
- Cloves-1
- Corn flour-1 tspoon
- Coriander leaves-1 tspooon(chopped)
- Mint leaves-1 tspoon(chopped finely)
- BUtter-2 tspoons
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cream-1 tspoon
THINGS TO DO:
- Take a cooker add butter,once it melts add onion fry it then add tomatoes close the lid,leave it for 2 whitles.Remove the whistle and cool the mixture.Blend the mixture in a blender by adding little water.Filter and keep it aside.
- Mix the cornflour in 2 tspoons of water.
PREPARATION
- Heat butter in a pan,add bayleaf,cloves,ginger,garlic,pepper powder,cuminseed powder,stirr it well,add the tomato puree,salt,cook for 5-8 minutes,now add cornflour mixture,stirr it continuously to avoid lumps,cook for 3 minutes.
- Finally add some pepper powder,sugar,coriander&mint leaves.Turn off the flame.
- Transfer to the bowl,garnish with fresh cream and toasted bread and serve it hot.

Simple Pasta Salad with Vegetables..
INGREDIENTS
- Pasta-2 cups
- Onion-1 cup(chopped)
- Tomato-1 cup(chopped)
- Carrot-1/2 cup(chopped)
- Beans-1/2 cup(chopped)
- Ginger,Garlic paste-1 tspoon
- Red chillie powder-1/4 tspoon
- Garam masala powder-1/4 tspoon
- Pepper powder-1 tspoon
- Tomato sauce-2 tspoons
- Butter-1 tspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil
THINGS TO DO
- Heat a pan,add water once it boils add pasta and a pinch of salt,cook for just 6-8 minutes,once its done sieve the pasta alone and keep it aside.
- Boil carrot and beans and keep it aside.
PREPARATION
- Heat butter in a pan add onion,once the colour changes to golden brown,add ginger garlic paste,cook until the raw smell goes off,now add tomatoes,stirr well,cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Now add the boiled vegetables,add red chillie powder,pepper powder,garam masala powder,required salt,stirr it well,cook for another 5 minutes,now add tomato sauce,pasta.Mix well.
- Cook for 6 minutes.Switch off the flame.
- Transfer to the plate,garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
