How to make Chicken Sweetcorn Soup at Home...

INGREDIENTS

  1. Chicken-2 cups(cooked and shredded)
  2. Chicken stock-500 ml
  3. Pepper powder-1 tspoon
  4. Soya sauce-2 tspoon
  5. Beaten egg(white)-2 numbers
  6. Corn flour-2 tspoon
  7. Sweet corn-1 cup(cooked)
  8. Sprin onion-1 cup
  9. Ajinomoto-a pinch
  10. Salt to taste

THINGS TO SO:

  1. Mix the corn flour in 3 tspoons of water and keep it aside.

PREPARATION

  1. Take a pan add water and chicken stock,boil it for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add chicken pieces and sweet corn cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Now add pepper powder, ajinomoto, soya sauce, salt, spring onion and dissolved corn flour, keep stirring the mixture continuously to avoid lumps.Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Finally add the beaten egg and stop the flame.
  5. Transfer to the bowl,garnish with chicken pieces,coriander leaves and serve it hot immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Fresh muhsroom-150 gms(cut into small pieces)
  2. All purpose flour(maida)-2 tspoons
  3. Bay leaf-2 numbers
  4. Coriander leaves-2 tspoons(chopped finely)
  5. Fresh cream-1 cup
  6. Butter-4 tspoons
  7. Cinnamon stick-1 inch
  8. Milk-1/4 cup
  9. Onion-1 number(sliced)
  10. Pepper powder-1 tspoon
  11. Lemon juice-1 tspoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Sugar-1 tspoon
  14. Water

PREPARATION

  1. Heat a pan add butter,once it melts add 100 gms of mushroom pieces,cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add it into the milk and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a pan add butter once it melts add bay leaf,cinnamon stick,then onion,add remaining 50 gms of mushroom pieces,mix it well,cook for 2 minutes in a medium flame.
  4. Add maida,into the mixture,stirr it well,then slowly add water,stirr it continuously to avoid lumps.
  5. Now add required salt,sugar and pepper powder,cover it and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Once its done add the soaked mushroom and milk,cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  7. Add fresh cream,if the soup is too thick add some water,squeeze the lime juice stirr it.Switch off the flame.
  8. Transfer to the bowl garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves serve it hot.

How to make easy Tomato Soup...

INGREDIENTS

  1. Tomato-3 numbers
  2. Onion-1 number(chopped)
  3. Cumin seed powder-1/2 tspoon
  4. Pepper powder-1 tspoon
  5. Sugar-1/4 tspoon  
  6. Garlic-2 cloves(crushed)
  7. Ginger-1 inch(crushed)
  8. Bay leaf-1
  9. Cloves-1
  10. Corn flour-1 tspoon
  11. Coriander leaves-1 tspooon(chopped)
  12. Mint leaves-1 tspoon(chopped finely)
  13. BUtter-2 tspoons
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Fresh cream-1 tspoon

THINGS TO DO:

  1. Take a cooker add butter,once it melts add onion fry it then add tomatoes close the lid,leave it for 2 whitles.Remove the whistle and cool the mixture.Blend the mixture in a blender by adding little water.Filter and keep it aside.
  2. Mix the cornflour in 2 tspoons of water.


PREPARATION

  1. Heat butter in a pan,add bayleaf,cloves,ginger,garlic,pepper powder,cuminseed powder,stirr it well,add the tomato puree,salt,cook for 5-8 minutes,now add cornflour mixture,stirr it continuously to avoid lumps,cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Finally add some pepper powder,sugar,coriander&mint leaves.Turn off the flame.
  3. Transfer to the bowl,garnish with fresh cream and toasted bread and serve it hot.

  1. Heat a pan,add water once it boils add pasta and a pinch of salt,cook for just 6-8 minutes,once its done sieve the pasta alone and keep it aside.
  2. Boil carrot and beans and keep it aside.

PREPARATION

  1. Heat butter in a pan add onion,once the colour changes to golden brown,add ginger garlic paste,cook until the raw smell goes off,now add tomatoes,stirr well,cook for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Now add the boiled vegetables,add red chillie powder,pepper powder,garam masala powder,required salt,stirr it well,cook for another 5 minutes,now add tomato sauce,pasta.Mix well.
  3. Cook for 6 minutes.Switch off the flame.
  4. Transfer to the plate,garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
