Pasta with Vegetables and Tomato Sauce Recipe,Healthy Breakfast

Simple Pasta Salad with Vegetables..

 

INGREDIENTS

  1. Pasta-2 cups
  2. Onion-1 cup(chopped)
  3. Tomato-1 cup(chopped)
  4. Carrot-1/2 cup(chopped)
  5. Beans-1/2 cup(chopped)
  6. Ginger,Garlic paste-1 tspoon
  7. Red chillie powder-1/4 tspoon
  8. Garam masala powder-1/4 tspoon
  9. Pepper powder-1 tspoon
  10. Tomato sauce-2 tspoons
  11. Butter-1 tspoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil

THINGS TO DO

  1. Heat a pan,add water once it boils add pasta and a pinch of salt,cook for just 6-8 minutes,once its done sieve the pasta alone and keep it aside.
  2. Boil carrot and beans and keep it aside.

PREPARATION

  1. Heat butter in a pan add onion,once the colour changes to golden brown,add ginger garlic paste,cook until the raw smell goes off,now add tomatoes,stirr well,cook for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Now add the boiled vegetables,add red chillie powder,pepper powder,garam masala powder,required salt,stirr it well,cook for another 5 minutes,now add tomato sauce,pasta.Mix well.
  3. Cook for 6 minutes.Switch off the flame.
  4. Transfer to the plate,garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
